There are notes of fresh quince, ripe, pulpy lemon and small notes of crunchy flat peach combined with delicate touches of apple, fine hints of fresh kumquat and kumquat peel as well as discrete buttery, sweet spice hints and a subtle hint of fresh verbena (in the background). The palate is fruity, controlled and elegant, revealing freshness, minerality, good definition, juiciness, precision, volume, roundness, acidity, energy and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy, pulpy lemon, kumquat and more slightly tart, juicy yellow peach combined with hints of fresh mango, discreet hints of white flowers, lemon blossom and a subtle hint of fresh verbena and fresh butter (in the background). A subtle, almost iodine-like hint (in the background). A very discreet hint of spice on the finish. Good length.
