Winemaker’s Note:At the sight it is a bright and intense red. The bouquet is fine, vinous and fruity with a hint of liquorice that adds interest. In the mouth it is balanced, with very intense retro-olfactory sensations, decidedly fruity. Longevity over 10 years.
To pair with stuffed pasta, bollito misto, arrosti and mature cheeses.
