Description
Famed producer of Meursault wines Jean-Marc Roulot imports apricots from the famous growing region of the northern Rhone valley to produce this exceptional apricot liqueur. After macerating the ripe apricots with neutral spirits, he adjusts the strength and sweetness with pure water and sugar. He uses only around 170 g/l of sugar compared to a typical 200-250 g/l of sugar. At 25% this is both stronger and drier than most French fruit liqueurs.
