Created for the Nigori lover, youll be treated to a luxurious, creamy texture. The coconut richness is balanced by crisp apple. On the finish, theres a just a hint of umami from thelocal rice. Pair with a wide range of cooked dishes andcuisines, especially non-Japanese.
SERVING
Best served in pottery, well chilled to slightly cool. Afteropening, will keep for months refrigerated.
BREWERY
Takeda Shuzo is located in the coastal fishing village ofJoetsu. Seizaemon Takeda started brewing in KamikoFunatsu, a small fishing boat moorage, at the end of theEdo Period (1866). In 1990 Shigenori Takeda wasappointed the current director and he is now joined by hisson Haruki (10th gen). Only four other brewery workers andthey grew the rice!
