From an ancient family recipe comes the ‘Marolo Chinato’, produced from noble wines flavored with infusions of herbs and barks such as: cinchona, rhubarb, gentian, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and others, which make it pleasant and suitable as a fragrant aperitif and as a fortifying after-dinner drink. Its preparation ends with a long refinement in small oak barrels that gives it notable harmony and elegance.
