Patrick’s son Stephane now runs this organically farmed Domaine. They only own a handful of hectares, making most of their living by farming other’s plots using organic methods.

This wine offers the most delicate color for red Burgundy. It follows on with very complex aromas of toasty oak, tart cranberry, strawberries, balsamic and spicy cumin with a deep, clean earthiness behind those other aromas. The palate feel is round, fine, and light, a lacy delicate texture with a very long finish. Superb Burgundy.
