Wachau Gruner Veltliner Federspiel Liebenberg Durnstein

Description

Liebenberg is situated in the western part of Drnstein and has a rather cool influence producing wines that are elegant and have subtle minerality. This wine is bright greenish yellow with hints of Golden Delicious apple, white peach, spicy notes of pepper and subtle hints of tropical fruit on the nose. The palate is pronounced with a salty character, juicy fruit and lively acidity that complement the long lasting and powerful mouthfeel. Pairs well with spicy Asian inspired dishes and a range of cheeses. Serve well chilled.
